Wondering about a plugin

Hey, guys!

I've recently found a plugin which I think seems absolutely amazing. Allthough, as a frequent forum reader, I daily see people saying this is something that can only be done client-side. Now, I'm wondering about this plugin, because it has somehow managed to go around this, and created a plugin this awesome. Is it for real, though? There is no download, and there is no clear explanation whether you'll need a client mod or not.

Locked. This project was never completed and all downloads existed in an ad.fly format which we do not allow.

Project has been sent back for required changes, although due to the age and inactivity of the developer I doubt it will get updated.
