split TP permissions

Hi, would it be possible to split the TP permissions into two?
I have a server where I want them to be able to use /TP Fromplayer toplay, but not /tp x y z.

As it is now, its both or none.

bukkit.command.teleport is the command today but what about bukkit.command.teleport.user and bukkit.command.teleport.coordinate?

Might be better to get another plugin that handles teleportation.

 

I disagree that it would be better to have another plugin to do something the base game can already do. I think it's a good suggestion to separate those two fairly different uses of tp. It's typical to want to /tp to another player, but much less so to /tp to coordinates. I totally understand how the OP feels.
