    What errors are you getting?
    What configs are you using?
    How are you running this?

What have you provided that would actually let someone help you?

That isn't an error. That is what you get when you run "pause" on a Windows machine.

    Okay, but any solution?

Solution to remove the message? Remove pause from your bat file. Solution for what is actually going wrong with your script? You will have to actually post the error you are getting.

If you mean "'Java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.", then see the message at the bottom of the Windows section on http://wiki.bukkit.org/Setting_up_a_server#Windows It will help you set up your path so it knows what "Java" is.

Step 1. Collect some logic from a wild cat
Step 2. Learn how batch files work
Step 3. Give info to let us help, for example, what the heck you are actually doing
Step 4. Calm the heck down...
Step 5. Don't forget that Google is your friend, and you should use it before having a noob spasm on the Bukkit Forums.

Provide a more useful subject. For instance - Error with batch file on mc server launch.

Make shure your run.bat is in the same folder as your craft bukkit rename your bukkit to craftbukkit no .jar at the end it does it by its self use this code

    java -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M -jar craftbukkit.jar -o true
    PAUSE

I know this is silly but make sure you install 64bit Java.
