Only OP's can talk. I use Essentials and GroupManager.

Only Op's can talk on my server. I don't know if I accidentally changed something I wasn't supposed to or what. Can anyone help me out?

Is there a permission I need to give everyone?

That depends on what plugins you are using. I don't believe that there is a permission needed if you are only using Essentials and GroupManager but if you are using some other plugins, there might be one.

 

I heard somewhere it was like modify.world or something? Is that right?

 

Only if you are running Modifyworld which you wouldn't want to run with GroupManager. It is used with PermissionsEx.
