how to make a larger tablist ?

    All GUI related issues can't be handled by Bukkit or a plugin, unless you have Spout. Spout, in a nutshell, is just a rewrite of the Minecraft client, giving it more "super-user" permissions, allowing it to create GUI's, etc. However, you'd have to have the Spout client installed, and a server running the Spout plugin.
