Rzzak05 I can make a plugin like Essentials or CommandBook, and I already have one on BukkitDev, just check out my profile, and maybe download it and try it out. I can do other things, but thats the only one I have published so far, and have committed to keep updated.

or they could use the much more complete and updated essentials/commandbook?

I'm just stating that I have the plugin and he could try it out to see if he wanted to hire me as a plugin developer. Its just like something to show him that I can program. Also, I think Essentials is a bit bloated in my opinion, not like its bad or anything, its just that the way the coded it, makes too much server load if you don't have a highend server.

and any proof for that server load? cause every timing report pasted shows it uses less than plugins considered "lightweight" like worldguard and worldedit.

I don't even use WorldEdit or WorldGuard very much. The only times I've used it, I haven't had any issues with it, the only causes of load with WE for me is right when you're copying and pasting a major area, or even just filling a huge area.
EDIT: And I don't run a community server, so no point in WorldGuard, I only run small end servers for myself and friends.
