Solved What does this mean?!

This message has been appearing on my server log multiple times and I don't know what it means or what to do about it! This is the message:

20:19:07 [INFO] This is bad. Report this right away

If someone could please tell me what this means that will be awesome!

how about the part in the server.log that goes along with this. There should be more there. can you post it please?

I think this may be caused by the Bleed plugin. Try removing it and see if errors still persist. If you don't have it, then we will need you to upload your server.log to http://pastebin.org and give us the link it takes you to.
