Cant make Iron Golems and CreeperHeal not working

    So all of a sudden around 2 - 4 days ago I tried to make another Iron golem on our server, however after placing the pumpkin on the Iron blocks it wouldnt "spawn". We already had 2 Iron Golems made a while back so I have no idea whats preventing me from making them now. Also during the same day, me and other players on the server noticed that CreeperHeal wasnt repairing creeper holes anymore, I tried to update to the latest version of CreeperHeal but that didnt do anything to fix it. Any insight on this problem guys?

    Also I'm not sure if its relevant or not, but while I am unable to make iron golems, it is still possible to spawn them in with server commands as an OP
