Solved need plugin to protect new player

    hello again :3
    I have something I don't like it in minecraft servers, all server
    when i join server for first time ,someone want kill me and I'm not ready for him :'(
    when I go to SMP world the PVP is on.
    so I need a plugin to protect the new player for 5 days or more/less.
    to be ready for PVP on the server or something like that :)
    sorry my English is bad ^.^
