   Somehow people can't join with any ip I give them. Is this a problem with my router or my server? What could I do to fix it?

   Did you set server-ip in server.properties? Make sure it's blank. You should also follow these instructions:

   Yes the 25565 is open and the server.properties is blank.
   
   I did indeed port forwarded but still the same results. I try giving them the ip on IPchicken and the Ipv4 but no change.
