[Metrics] causes my server lagging

hi

Every 10 minutes my server lagging for 20 seconds and gone !!

I removed all plugins but I notice that when the lag happen I got this error in consul

this error keep coming and lagging my server every 10 minutes for 20 seconds

I made opt-out: false and same thing with true !!!

I also remove all my plugins but this Metric thing is killing me and lagging my server every couple of time ,,

here is some information about my server

20TB
unlimited slotswhich means unlimited Ram (about 30GB) and never ever exceeds the limit.

using almost 50 plugins with 90 Players per day.

any solutions !!
