Solved GUI without Spout

    pollag this is impossible with spout, because a GUI is client-side! You could only make a GUI with an inventory.

    I believe the custom texture pack feature is built into Minecraft. You couldn't for example ask them their favorite color.

    pollag what Ne0nx3r0 said is right, if you add a link to a texture pack in the server.properties file this GUI will appear if you log on the server ;)
