Server Portal Link Plugin?

    Okay, so I have a few servers and I think it would be cool to have a plugin available so you can go through a portal and end up on another server and so forth. etc: uberminecraft.com has one that is custom made but it isnt public. so if this could be made it would be legit :)

    And also Janus is for portal-linking with BungeeCord.
