I had minecraft servers in the past and this is the first time it has done this. Any clue on what I can do? I'm running windows 7 64-bit.

why are you using an exe? in windows, you use a batch file to launch bukkit.

    Where is the executable from?

    Not always.

its generally best to, as you can then modify it. Then again, I am no Windows person. I abandoned the OS because I found Linux and Mac (Unix, ftw) as much better alternatives to the inefficiencies that are Windows.

However, Cryptnar, you should try launching Craftbukkit using a batch file, and see what happens.

The batch extension worked! I'm not sure why I even put .exe, probably not thinking straight when I created the file :p

Am I the only one that's getting outdated server?

There is no recommended build out for 1.4.6 yet so you have to use development builds of Craftbukkit if you want to join it with your 1.4.6 client: http://dl.bukkit.org/downloads/craftbukkit/
