1.4.6 - Non ops can't build, drop or pickup items, ect.

Note: Im currently on holidays till New Years so I don't have access to a computer.

I've been running a server for almost a year now, and I updated the server to the 1.4.6 development build of bukkit about a day or two ago. I was running 1.4.5 beta build before this. Then I kept getting messages from players (non ops) saying they can't build, can't break blocks, can't drop items or pick them up, and can't open chests or doors. These are the problems so far. There may be more. Even though im not on a compiter, I can most likely give any more info needed to solve this problem, all help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Either learn to use modifyworld or remove it completely.

Do you think that's the problem? Because I've had modifyworld for a while now and never had a problem with it. I'll still try though, thanks.

Oh and I also forgot to mention chat - only ops can talk in chat. Do you know what the problem may be? Thanks again.

Plugins --> Groupmanager --> worlds ---> world ---> Open groups.yml Using Notepad..Looking for Default and then ull see

Set it to true and ur all set
