None of my groups for PermissionsEX can build or chat please help

So i created a bunch of groups and so when i am all finished i go on my server and promote myself to guest and i cant talk or break blocks. I have to op myself to talk and break blocks so please help me. I want all groups to be able to talk and break blocks so see if i did anything wrong here is my permissions folder groups http://pastebin.com/0Pg5CHSW

if you have bukkit 1.4.6 then PEX is having issues. I switched to Group Manager for that very reason

This is up to you but I would remove ModifyWorld, and if you don't want Guests using a certain item just restrict it in the Essentials Config and give permission to use those items to the ranks you want to be able to use.
