Best plugin for buy/sell land?

Ok I used Simple Region Market but it doesnt works, I protected all with WorldEdit but when players buy a house they can't build or destroy on it.

So give me another plugin. Or an idea to my problem

 

u have gives permissions to build in the regions of worldguard?

For e.g. i give this permission when a player without house come on the server they can grief i dont want that

look at bukkit plugin list, find region market. there u see the permissions.
