Lightning on a player when a word is said in chat

    Being 15, I wouldn't have a baby..

    I gave him simple instructions, if he can't follow them and make the code himself, I'm not going to create the plugin for him..

    I think he knows perfectly well what his workflow is. There's a difference between spoon-feeding and being helpful. You're doing neither. You could direct him toward what method should be used for monitoring chat, without giving him copy-paste code - but you didn't. Get off your high horse.

    getServer().getPlayer("PLAYER NAME")

    thats getting the player like event.getPlaye(), but a specified one.
