How do you go about routing a server ip ie(mc.blahblah.com) to a ip address like 5.5.5.5:22455
I know how to do it without the port but our second server has to have a port as atm we cannot get another ip. Any suggestions?

    Thanks guys and gals. :)

Just put the port after your mc.blah.com. eg. you have 2 servers with port 25565 and 2556 that just do mc.blahblah.com:2556

If you're talking about how to get your ip to be mc.blabblah.com check out A names on google.

So you have a domain name ("mc.example.com") that leads to your server's ip address ("5.5.5.5")? And you want to access your second server ("5.5.5.5:22455") using your domain name? If I'm interpreting this correctly, you should be able to just use "mc.example.com:22455" to access your second server.

Edit: Yeah, what LaxWasHere said too.

Something like that but I do not want my users to have to type mc.sadasd.com:22445, I would like to link the ip number:port to the mc.sadasd.com if possible.

You have to make the server port set to 25565 or get another ip.

ok say the survival server is set too 192.168.2.2 and users use mc.blah.com to connect, and for creative server the ip is 192.168.2.2:22445 and I want them to use mc.creative.com to connect without having to type mc.creative.com:22445. Is that possible? The server port is set correct and bother servers are using different ports. but the same ip.

Ah. This would be quite difficult (possible impossible, depending on your host) and probably not worth the effort. (Edit: And possibly expensive)

But if you're dead set on this/quite bored, you'd have to get another domain name, of course, like "mc1.example.com". Then you would point it at a proxy which would pass all of the Minecraft traffic on to your second server.

Its not possible. The only way you can get rid of the port is if its the default one(25565).

At the moment no. You need to purchase another IP from your host.

Have been denied multiple times for another ip :( but can't hurt to try again I guess
