How to solve light issue from old map

All is in the title
I search how to fix the light from the old map, with a plugin :s
I know i can download it and MCedit to recalculate light, but my maps take too much space to be uploaded (downloaded its ok, but upload...), it will take more than few days with all GO i need to upload :/
So, my server is on a linux, is there a possibility to fix the light ? Plugin will be the best, but maybe with with a program linux ? Dont know :/
