Plugins like spells

    Hello,
    I have a question. Can someone make a plugin for spells that if you do a spell.
    There will be something like:
    -----
    oxxx
    -----

    - = nothing
    x = fire
    o = player

    And that you can config to!
    Also perm for it and i use groupmanagger
    Bukkit 1.4.2 dev build!?

    (for people who dont understand):
    Config:
    SpellCommand: /fire
    SpellType: Fire (or fireball, lightning, arrow)
    How:
    ---x
    o--x
    ---x


    Something like that
