Over the last few weeks ive been working on a plugin which will be a party modifier. but after the patch with 1.4 i lost everything. it wasnt even working anyway. so im turning here in search of someone whos atleast 10x more skilled at making plugins than myself (a lama is 3x so go off that scale lol) the only thing i ask besides the ability to have it on my server is that its name be "iParty" otherwise you can get famous off of it all you want. please consider making this plugin. [iParty] Needs to have: -have multi-party chats (that dont share the chat with people outside of the party, or with other parties of a different name, have ability to toggle (creator of the party only) chat from people outside of the party [ex: if there was a meeting going on with the co-owners and mods of a server they can still see chat from members and guests to aid when needed], option to kick/mute/unmute/ban/unban people from the party, option to put a passcode on the party [ex: /ic join ADMINCHAT ... [console]: sorry, that party is password locked, type "/ic join [PartyName] [password]" ]], -when you log out you leave the party, so if you crashed your not permanetly in the partychat -a command so just in case your stuck in a party you can not delete you can contact a mod or co-owner to get you out or delete the party [ex: /ic off] (if there is an off then there must be an "/ic on" t00. -when a NEW party is created it is broadcasted to EVERYONE on the server (even if your in a party) [ex: [PlayerName] has created a new party "[PartyName]" -have a override option for people with alloted perms [ex: some1 is not following rules and is in a perty so they cant see a moderator talking to them, so the mod types /ic Fjoin TROLL ] F=Force -a command to show the list of ACTIVE and NONACTIVE parties on the server [ex: /ic list ACTIVE /ic list NONACTIVE /ic list ALL], then from there it will show somthing like this... [console]: {ACTIVE/NONACTIVE/ALL} Parties [active=3,nonactive=1]: Showoffs, 2/10; TrollingGuests, 1/1; AdminChat, 0/15. ... then from there you can type a command to list players within the individual parties aswell as who created it and when [ex: /ic info [PartyName]], all these commands too must have perms. -a command for mods to delete parties that they didnt create that are no longer needed/wanted/abused [ex: /ic Delete [PartyName]] -a command for moderators to view any specific party's chat or all partys chat (maby have the party they are in before they're name and possably have it bold or in a different color) [command ex: /ic Fview [PartyName]/all]] [action ex: /ic Fview all (this is a person typing AFTER THE Fview WAS ENABLED in the party "TrollingGuests" -->) {TrollingGuests}[RedShot565]: Haha! try to fix that hole! Hey, I have actually started making a party plugin before I saw this thread. So far it has: Joining/leaving Invitations (only invited players can join, if set) Set a party as open (public) /closed (invite-only) A command to send a quick message to your party (/p m <message>) Setting a party's home TPing to your party's home Permissions for each command Currently there aren't ranks, it requires the creator of the party to perform these commands: Invite players Set the party as open/closed Set the home I will add kicking players and setting all messages to go the party instead of global chat in the future.
sweet do you have skype? i have some coding i could share and maby this could be done by holloween? i know my server would be excited.
