Hello,i've been trying to start a server in my dedicated server,
but somehow it keeps saying this

26.10 18:18:31 [Server] INFO Starting Minecraft server on 85.25.108.208:25565
26.10 18:18:31 [Server] WARNING **** FAILED TO BIND TO PORT!
26.10 18:18:31 [Server] WARNING The exception was: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: method java.net.ServerSocket.setPerformancePreferences with signature (III)V was not found.
26.10 18:18:31 [Server] WARNING Perhaps a server is already running on that port?

I've disabled the Firewall,i've checked if there is any program using 25565 port, and there was no program running on that port,
    so what to do?
i'll give a free 1GB RAM server for the person who can fix this
