I'm not sure if other people have this problem, but I can't access the Bukkit documentation for days now.
Not in Eclipse and not using the link (http://jd.bukkit.org/doxygen/) in my browser.
Any tips on how to get the documentation back?

The docs are down. You could go to the GitHub and link the source, so it gets the docs from there.

Netbeans is capable of downloading the javadoc jar for maven dependencies. This is a possibility that has open up recently.
