Looking For A Plugin That Stops Zombies From Burning

I am creating a minecraft machinima and it is based of of the TV series "The Walking Dead!" I need
a plugin that stops zombies from burning! I tried MobControl but it didn't work!

Sorry to tell you this but I installed it but it never d-created a file! why isn't it working!?

Do you have anyother plugins or multiplayer mods?

 

BM really seems to has this bug (not creating initial config), however I obtained the config from the jar:
