   Hey guys,
   I was wondering if when your using vanish, in the config, can you set it to where when a player joins, they aren't automatically vanished? ALso, can I set it to where there is no lightning, thunder, or explosion when I vanish?
   
   I found out how to do /v toggle explosion, but it erases everytime I join the game.

   Add -vanish.effects.* to yourself or your group.
   
   As mbaxter says, giving yourself * is a bad idea.

   Don't give yourself *, give yourself op. Way easier, no explosions.
