How to make certain areas with gamemode?

Hello!
I was wondering how I would be able to set a certain region to have the creative gamemodes only. I am currently using Worldguard.

I want to do this because I am hosting a Pixel Art contest for the players on my server, and they need gamemode.
I could give it to them manually, and keep track of their items, but that'd be too much work, and I don't have full trust in some of the players competing.

I don't think you can do this. However you can make another world with a separate gamemode?

 

I was looking for a way to do this for months, there are a couple old plugins that if were updated since i last looked would work, two that i remember is this:
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/burning-creative-suite/ which hasn't been updated since 1.8
and
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/creativezones/
if you can get some one to take up the project again I would be glad to give you my support.

 

I think WorldGuard can do this, but don't take my word for it, I'm just guessing here
