   Hello, for some reason on my server, there are no new nether portals being created. They all seem to be linked to each other. Is there any plugin/config alteration that will fix this?

   Not sure portalbind will do quite what you want, but... if you use a plugin like mine, Nethrar, then you'll get nearly guaranteed new portals each time you make a new portal. A new portal will only link to an existing one if it's within a very short range of it, not the massive distances you get with Notchian portals, and the placement of new portals is much more consistent.
