Spacebukkit template is stolen!

Hee Everbody, Today i was looking for a good Admin Panel for my site and what i found was really weird, The template of spacebukkit? Its a Rip from a other template?

Who can tell me what the hell this is and if it is stolen or ripped (The old template of them)

Don't see the problem. As long as they haven't downloaded and spread it, it's fine.

 

I don't see the issues, yes there are similarities, but I wouldn't say it's stolen.

Even if they did use it, how do you know they didn't pay for it?

 

Then they need to add the owner to the credits, In the credits did they say that they maked the template

 

We did in fact not use the template, off course there are some similarities, but that's with any admin panel almost (menu either on top or on the left )
Some of the buttons look alike because we use the same icon library as the Themeforest template (Github)

The datatables are also free to use (Datatables)

Apart from those I don't think there are any more similarities.
