When installing plugins, where do i add....

where do i put the new commands at? or the new permissions to commands? I tried installing the smart server, but i couldnt use any of the in game commands such as //setsp because it says unknown command. How do i set stuff up like that?do i add the list of permissions.blablah somewhere?

 

you need to download and add plugins to your plugin folder, for permissions i reccomand using pex, you will have to read the wiki, also, reccomand using commandbook aswell as going to watch Samkio vid's on how to install plugin/ they do great tuts.

 

so you can just type in the permission somewhere? I have to use 2 more plugins just to do that??

 

You can either use the standard bukkit permissions thing that is inside our server directory already, it is called permissions.yml.

 

could you post one so i can see how to set it up, i tried to do that, and the permissions didnt work
