    Hello, Forum!

So I'm sure this has been asked NUMEROUS times, and I have followed multiple threads and done what has been suggested in many of them.

I'm trying to improve my server performance. I'm on a private server that I've created for a couple friends, just to quest about and such in search for emeralds and diamonds. :)

Here are some specs of the server's computer and network:
    ----
    Bukkit 1.3.1
    Intel Centrino Dual Core T5750 @ 2.00GHz
    4.00 GB installed RAM
    Windows 7, 64-bit
    Java 7
    [-Xmx3G -Xms1G (launch.bin also edited)]
(NOTEBOOK COMPUTER, yet dedicated to the server)
    Linksys E1200 Router (N)
    34ms ping
    16Mbps down
    3.25Mbps up
    ----
    Server plugins for RPG customization
    ----
    CHDistantFarm
    CookMe
    CreeperHeal
    DeathTPPlus
    FriendlyWolves
    HungerRestore
    Lockette
    mcMMO
    MoArrows
    MobHealth
    Mobs
    NoLagg
    RealWeather
    SafeFire
    TamedControl
    TreeAssist
    Uncraftables

Currently we are playing the world of Eldaria, an expansive, landscape-rich map.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Java, and the computer has been cleaned with a fresh OS install, and only runs the server when it works. I've also eliminated the performance hindering effects of the plugins, and have none. I know a big problem lies with me using a notebook computer, so that's cleared up. ;-)
I get about 20-35FPS MAX on my server when playing on another computer, and get movement lag. When joining larger servers, I get an average of 70-110FPS on full, fancy graphics and a 32x32 texture pack.
SO THERE'S EVERYTHING I CAN TELL YOU. I LOVE CAPS LOCK. Kidding. Ha.
    Any thoughts, Bukkiteers? <3

I just got done allocating a partition with RamDisk. So far, the server hasn't improved, really. If I stand still for a minute, I get bumped up to 115FPS. This is about the only change. Once I start moving, however, it dips as low as 18FPS.

    *bump*
I think I've done about everything I can. If someone has any other ideas, I'd love to hear them! :)
