Help Me, Troller on my Private Server!

So, I've had a private bukkit server for about 6-7 months and I have a friend and he plays on my server, he used to be very good and helps now he just tries to destroy my server. And the worst part is he's an op! If I deop him, he will leave with other 4 guys so no one will play the server what should I do??

I'm sorry, but why did you post this? It would seem as though you have already assessed your 2 options, you don't really have anymore.

You can either let him stay and destroy your stuff, or DEOP him and lose your members.

 

What do you want us to do? We are not psychologists to solve your friendship issues.

 

So he's destroying the server, which has his stuff, yours and 4 other members? Isn't he just ruining it for everyone else?
