Alright guys, yesterday i got some help from beastnode doing some kits, it was all well and it worked. Now the only problem i do encounter, is that all ranks EXPECT op's, can't build,destroy, kill mobs, kill other players and are invincible all around on the map. Anyone know what this problem is? if so please tell me, since my server is going public in 2 days, and this is the last thing i need to fix before i got my setup.
Sounds like you have a permissions plugin but haven't defined any groups. Check your plugins folder for anything like PermissionsBukkit or Bpermissions etc

Tried them on my server. Nothing strange so you can rule that out. Modify world could be the culprit. https://github.com/PEXPlugins/PermissionsEx/wiki/Modifyworld I've never used it but it's under PermissionsEx whereas you are using Group Manager. Maybe try disable Modify world and see if players can build. If so, there's your problem.
