Instant healing soup plugin (Needed ASAP)

I am a Admin on a server and really good friends with the Owner and i want to install and instant healing soup plugin but sadly i cant create plugins so i need someone to create a plugin that allows you to eat soup instantly to heal a player.

Plugin Name: FastSoup

Permissions Ideas: FastSoup.use

What i want the plugin to be like: Just simply eat it and make the soup heal 3 hearts, make sure the bowls stay in the same spot that they were in before and that they dont stack like MCEat and Fast Food,
I want the hunger bar to go down still and make it when the hunger bar is down you eat the soup normally like vanilla minecraft.

When i would like the plugin: Like i said ASAP but i can wait as long as i get it.

Edit: Do you want the soup to still be in the bowl? Or an empty bowl?

 

I mean i dont want the bowls to stack up when you eat the soup i want the bowl to be full you eat the soup then the bowl is remaining in the same slot in ur inv like MCPVP

Edit.: I uploaded the wrong plugin, re-download it if you did before.
Edit2.: Download it again if you did before. I was compiling it in the wrong java version.

 

It's called Crayons Omnitv It's a mix of Punch Tnt And Instant Soup

My custom plugin, that you wanted is called Crayons
Its called crayons because it has 2 plugins inside, A Soup Plugin and A Instant Tnt Plugin

 

Name: FastSoup
Description: Allows user with the permission node to eat soup instantly, healing 3 hearts.

fastsoup.use - Allows users with this permission to use the plugin.

Will FastSoup work without a permissions plugin? If so, how? My server is small enough that I really don't wanna go through all the effort of figuring out and setting up permissions just for this. Even as an op I can only eat it for hunger.

 

This plugin was made so that if the user's hunger is totally full, then it allows insta-eat.
I'm changing it though.
