   This still exists on my server which TPS is so low. I think Recommended Build should solve this problem. Do you still have the problem like this?

   I still get the low RAM issues...server freezes for 1-3 secs every 40 secs...

   I think it's not the RAM, because I have 6 Gigs allocated and still it lags... Plugins I use: SimpleRestart, Dynmap, Chairs
