Clone myself and others. whats name of the plugin?

    I have seen a plugin where people made a clone ofthemself and it would stand there doing nothing.
    Anyone know the name of the plugin?

    CloneMe or Actor, depends if you just want NPCs, if so use Citizens.

    Can CloneMe also clone players

    edit: Whats the command to clone? i tried but doesnt work
