Showing what country your from when logging in plugin?

As the title says. Ive seen a plugin on a server that shows the country and in which state his from when logging in.
I thought i have seen a plugin like things in bukkit but i think im wrong.

If there isnt. Could anyone make something like this?

But i already have essentials and it never showed from which country a player is from when loging in?

 

Did you download EssentialsGeoIp too?

 

You'll need to download the Essentials Extra package on the bukkitdev page. It includes geoIP as well as some other tools.
