Help with regions inside regions?

Heres the problem. Theres this region called foresttown, and inside there are plots we manage with regions. We selected the plots INSIDE the foresttown region and we made regions out of them, such as foresthouse1, and foresthouse2, and so on.

How can we make it so players cannot build in foresttown but they can IN their plot?

I did /region addmember foresttown username
then /region addowner foresthouse1 username
and it let them build outside their plot?

Please help

 

You need to set the priority of the plots.

IE; /region setpriority foresthouse1 1

After you've done that, remove them from the foresttown region. They can then build inside of their plots, but not other areas.

 

Heres what I did
/region addowner foresttown Username
/region addmember foresthouse1 Username
/region setpriority foresthouse1 1

Not working. What did I do wrong

 

just set the main region as a parent so /region setparent (plotname) (foresttown)
