    I feel stupid... thanks!

    I would like to leave a suggestion. I think it would be cool if you could PVP with the guns. I love how you can use MobArena with the plugin, and it would be very amusing to kill each other with the guns.

    I'm trying to make a healing gun, but when I test it out, it only works once on the target and then stops working. HELP!

    ok i got a problem after i while playing i cant shoot with guns anymore and sometime's the gunsounds dissapear​

    This issue is still at large.

    Also, this only appears to happen when I attempt to use the grenade launcher. I was able to use my revolver and blunderbuss just fine until I tried to use the grenade launcher, at which point neither worked anymore. I think there may be something wrong with the explosion event.
     
  6. Man that plugin is awesome. I spend hours creating guns.
    I'm reporting one bug: flame particle seems to not work at all.

    Also, it would be very interesting if you could make an effect for a weapon that would perform a command on the target or shooter. For instance, to kick an user on hit:

    I'm sure you can do this, but feel free to dismiss if you don't like it. I won't get mad.

    Edit: Today, while driving, I was thinking of weapons to make and I thought that would be cool if you could had a durability option, ammo consumption per shot, or enchantments. By "enchantments", i'm thinking of a weapon or bullets that would deal more damage to undeads like the Smite enchantment.

    I'm having real fun with this plugin. :p

    I tried to install this modification to my server with Bukkit, so I think the plugin was installed and everything but so that I can not create or spawn weapons I read the first page of the spoutcraft change something but not know what it is so if you can help me telling how to install or how to give the weapons I would be happy.

    This looks like an error with spout, seems something may not be allowing your server or users to access the external images (used by spout to make the guns have their textures) and could be causing problems with the plugin overall.

    You need to drop SpoutPlugin, GunsPlus, and the ApiPlus jars into your plugins folder. If all 3 are loaded correctly and no errors are thrown then you should be able to access the guns by either finding them in the creative menu or by using a /give command with the item ids supplied on load. Remember that you NEED spoutcraft in order to properly use this plugin.

    I would make a post on spout's forums and see if anyone know what the error is there or if there is any at all, my best guess is that you have something blocking it.

    i've solved the problem, but how do i craft the guns?? i looked at the recipes and the itens were in my hand, in the correct order, but i've clicked on the sign with the guns's name(like on the video on the first page) and it didn't work...

    The sign is a feature of MobArena. Just put the ingredients in the right order in the workbench.

    I know this sounds weird, but is there ANY possible way to use this without spoutcraft? maybe the guns will wind up being sticks, or disable some features that need spoutcraft? im talking about the client of course. what features depend on that? tripods maybe?

    Well we could remove spout completely but we wouldn't be doing that, besides that we need it for textures, new block, and GUI. We could always make the guns sticks and use commands to make them act as the different config guns, but this would be a waste of time and use. The ENTIRE plugin uses spout and will require it, no change in that.

    Honestly, I don't like spout at all. I think that it ruins the whole fun of plugins, because plugins are suppose to be server-side and needing no modification to the client at all, but spout ruins that with "spoutcraft". I have tried spoutcraft and don't like it at all, so don't say I didn't try it.

    Does this plugin need Multi World support? I don't think so. We only add Guns to the game. The only thing that would need multi world support is the tripod block, and it has already.

    Feel free to use other plugins instead.

    there's only so much you can do without a modded client like spoutcraft, fair enougth if you don't like it but how on earth does it "ruin the whole fun of plugins"? I mean why does it make the experience less fun? Surely its the plugin not spoutcraft that makes it fun. Give the developers a break if you want them not to use spoutcraft it'll make the plugin crap as there wont be any gun textures or sounds, or even the ability to customise guns. Also why do plugins need to be server side? Who made that rule up? Get over it and just use spoutcraft to go on a guns + server then return to normal minecraft for your normal game.

    No that wasn't my question. I asked if this plugin has multi world support. The purpose of me asking is so I can find out if guns can be added to a server but if that server has multiple worlds. Can I add them to a single world only or a few worlds and not have them work or even be available on any other world. I don't think any plugin should need another by default. I'm asking if your plugin can support multiple worlds and if not in the future will it support multiple worlds. I don't know how many worlds I will have but I may want 3 out of 6 to support guns. For example I might mess something up by giving guns to people on a certain world!

    Of course you can get the guns on all worlds. In this case, yes, it has 'multi world support'. Sorry that I misunderstand your question.

    What about restricting access to certain worlds. Sorry I guess I still didn't phrase my question correctly. Multi world support is support for all worlds or just one or 2 or 3. So you can easily remove access to guns on one world and not all of them or give access to guns on all worlds but one.

    To put it in perspective for ya I want to have a stargate system setup. So you build a stargate and that allows you to fast travel within the normal world or you can dial out to others. Each world is different with different rules and challenges.
    So lets say the main world everyone starts on I don't want guns on because it will piss people off who want nothing to do with them. However for those of us who want guns I want to add a few worlds where there are more mobs spanwing or more of a certain kind so you can really make guns useful on that world and that world alone. Down the road I would like to add other worlds with different features some with guns and some without and constantly be changing the off world worlds to be different to keep up variety!

    So I hope this makes more sense. I think you will get what I mean by multi world support now which in my opinion is the ability to add or restrict access to guns on any world on my server as many worlds as possible within reason! I hope this helps and on top of that maybe someone might see my idea and make it better!

    I love stargate and I can't wait to make an epic server that provides endless adventures and fun exploration with huge rewards and huge risks. With the guns mod it provides me with the ability to make things 100 times more challenging and giving the player an edge at the same time to meet those challenges.

    Alright, this was clear enough now. xD
    And yea, you can restrict gun usage (fire, reload, zoom, crafting) through the permissions. So if your permission plugin supports different permissions for different worlds you can do exactly what you want.
    Just set "gunsplus.fire.all" in one world to false, and in the other world to true.

    Thanks Atlan1 that helps a bunch. I might even attempt to make some different guns for different worlds. If I get that crazy like maybe make some halo alien guns or something I will totally post them on here for everyone. If anyone else has created anything like that I would love to see there work!
