PermissionsEX "Internal Server Error" Problem

    Hi, my server crashed so I put it back up. Then when I tried to connect, it kept giving me "Internal Server Error". Here is my permissions.yml: http://pastebin.com/4ABHzAEx

    Can you provide us with any errors or is it just saying 'Internal Server Error'? How do you know that it's PEX if you are just getting 'Internal Server Error'?
