Hello! I have had this problem for about a week, and would to to get some help with it. Whenever I/any of my Mods, or just regular players, type in chat our words appear two times.. Not sure why, here is the plugins that I am using. I'd start by shutting down the server, removing a plugin, and starting it back up, then testing. Rinse and repeat until the behavior stops, then you know what plugin is causing the issue.
