Any Creeper Protection plugins that protect a certain region only?

Hello, i'm working on a faction server and currently it seems the safe zone in the faction plugin does not protect against creepers and the plugin world guard creeper explosion protection is not working either.

I was wondering if anyone could help me out? I want creepers to explode and do block damage but i just want to make it so they can't do block damage in my spawn ( a region).

Anyone know of any plugins that would do the job other then the two that won't work for me?

I strongly reccommend you use World Edit and World Guard (You need to have both for World Guard to work) You can not only set flags per region to stop creeper block damage, but you can do an entire number of things with it. Some for example are setting flags for no enderman block damage, invincibility, build or no building, no entry, fire, lava flow, block pacing, and about 20 different other ones. Very versitile plugin, and my server would be a big tnt exploded piece of trash without it.

I use it all the time on my server
