Solved Need Help with Weird Glitch!

    I'm experiencing an odd problem. Today I started up my server and logged in, then proceeded to kill some mobs. A creeper blew me up and I returned to my death point to find that every non-passive mob had despawned, and none of them were respawning. I flew around for at least 5 minutes and did not see a single one. Reloading did not help, nor did logging out and back in. I completely restarted the server and the same thing occurred. Mobs spawn, I die, mobs disappear. Spawn eggs still work, they just don't spawn naturally anymore. WTF?

    I have these plugins:
    ChairCraft, CustomJoin, CensorIt, WorldEdit, SimpleFly, BlockBlocker, MoreExp, Vault, DeathNotifier, PermissionsEx, Multiverse-Core, LogBlock, MobBountyReloaded, PlayerStatus, NoSpawnEggs, BorderGuard, WolvesOnMeds, SimpleJail, ChestRestock, EndReset, iConomy, SafeCreeper, OpenInv, Newsletter, Lockette, Modifyworld, MonsterBox, MobDisguise, MoveCraft, RebuildPlugin, QuickWarp, CleanroomGenerator, Citizens, ChatManager, OtherDrops, MultiversePortals, iZone, Multiverse-Inventories, Sign Bank, Multiverse-NetherPortals, Warpz0r, ChestShop

    Also, in my server.properties, difficulty is on 1, spawn monsters is true. In my Multiverse files, each world is set to easy and spawn monsters is true.

    I just don't know what to say, this is very frustrating. I don't know if it's a new issue or has been going on without my noticing for ages. The reason I discovered it today is that I was testing my updated MobBountyReloaded and the MoreEXP plugin. But removing those plugins didn't fix the problem either. Maybe it's a Bukkit issue or something, but I JUST NEED SOME HELP!

    Hmmm...did you just download a new Bukkit Build or a new plugin?

    Yeah, I got a new plugin and updated an older one. I just tried deleting those 2 plugins and the same thing happens. I now know that it only occurs in my main world, I'm starting to think maybe it's Bukkit's fault. In bukkit.yml where is says all those ticks per spawn and monster limits, could that affect this?

    I don't know...I just know if you just downloaded a new plugin or a new build for bukkit you should delete it again.

    Figured it out... sort of...
    I Google'd it and there was a similar topic. Apparently, since passive mobs are now persistent, they hog up most of the entity limit. This means hostile mobs cannot spawn. By killing all passive mobs with WorldEdit using //butcher, creepers started dominating the moonlit landscape again! Mainly, the problem is the spawn limit being filled up by pigs, cows, chickens, sheep, and whatnot.
