money generating buildings

hey,

currently im looking for an plugin where players can buy buildings for example like a inn and he gets everyday 100 gold or something. should be very simple so it doesn't conflict with other mods.

so the admin only has to assign the area, set the price, the cash you get out of it every day and the name and then the player can buy it.
in my opinion there should also be a message when you go in to the area like:
<Name> || Owner:<Ownername> OR Buy for <Price> || Descr. ?

if theres already a plugin like that i would really appreciate it if you would tell me because im searching and searching, but I dont find it.

ATM, it pays out every 30 minutes the server is online. (if you restart the server the 30 minutes restart)
The money gets added to plot's balance and can be withdrawn only by the owner of the plot.

It has no config, but considering you'll be having the entire source, you could mess around with it yourself.

First impressions:

When you type /mgp you should display all commands, like a help or somewhat.

There is also one problem I have... If I want to add a plot I can't because there is the message that I should Complete the selection first. How do I complete the selection ?

The plugin is too much for me. I don't like spending a lot of time on a single thing.
You can use /help mgp to find out all commands
