Solved Newer versions of bukkit seems to have a buggy chat

    Hey!

    I just upgraded the craftbukkit to R4.0, and noticed that my ScheduledAnnouncer posted the same announcement twice each time an announcement was made. Then I noticed that /say something typed "something" twice.

    So I figured it had to do with towny or war that I installed at the same time, removed them, but the problem was still there.
    I downgraded to R2 (I missed the R3 and didn't want to try it now) and all works fine, even with towny and war.

    I have not upgraded the c++ Redistrobutable 2008 yet, will try that tomorrow, just wanting to see if this is a known issue and what it's caused by.

    It was spout, I shouldn't be surprised :)
