ive been having a problem with my server it wont open at all ive tryed dedicating more ram but it still says not enough memory to run please help asap:it says this exactly error occured during initialization of VM could not reserve enough space for object heap could not create the java virtual machine. press any key to continue... -before this even happened the server worked great with no lag for over a month it was also whitelisted because it was in the build process please reply with detailed instructions on what to do thank you
try using a lower amount of ram and see what happens, remember, your computer needs some of the ram for itself
it originally had only 1gb ram dedicated so i tryed dedicating 2 more gigabytes but it said same thing wait nevermind i got it fixed i tried the other code for the run.bat and it worked after changing it to 1gb thanks for the help EDIT by Moderator: merged posts, please use the edit button instead of double posting.
