Mixing two plugins?

I like the concept of Cart dispense, located here: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/cartdispense/

I also like SimpleCarts, located here: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/simplecarts/

If simple carts allowed the dispenser to collect the carts, then it would be perfect. So I tried running both, and when I click on the dispenser, it actually loads two minecarts at once that get stuck. Is there any way in either of these plugins to disable them from pushing out a minecart from a dispenser? I still want the dispenser to COLLECT minecarts which is why I have cart dispense. I wanted it to be completely automated, and SimpleCarts only allows you to use a chest to collect carts, which means I then have to take it out of the chest and put it back on the track instead of just pushing a button from the other side.

I looked through to see if there was maybe any other plugins that was the best of both worlds and saw none, anybody know?
