    What permission plugin are you using?, could you post your permissions?

    Whatever permissions plugin you're using, you will have to configure it for multiple worlds. By default most of them only have permissions for one world (or the default ones), so going to a new world means you have no permissions so can't do anything.

    Most permissions plugins allow you to "mirror" permissions to other worlds os specify entirely new permissions per world
