Im sick of no quest's for NPC'S

    Hello im AssassinX13 i run a really big RPG with town infused Classes and Races
    although i have citizens i do not have quest's as much as i know most servers don't have quests I need them As a RPG server LOVER i require quests and or if just Citizens

    Please help and i will grant you Mod rank on my server
