My friends cannot connect to my server. HELP!

I made a Bukkit server (No Hamachi) Port forwarded (Netgear Router) and Disabled my Fire Wall. Checked canyouseeme.org and I got this error..... Error: I could not see your service on 76.127.251.107 on port (25565) I dont know what else to do please help me!
Reason: Connection timed out

 

Has your internal IP changed during the time from when you setup the server?

 

You didn't port forward properly did you.

 

this happened to me connection timed out is cause of notches server.Or i hear lol

There is no IP in my server Properties I am not making a Hamachi Server

 

Put ur pcs ip in server.properties
